Suzanne Pleshette

SuzanneSuzanne Pleshette was an American actress, voice, and film actor. She was born on January 31, 1937 to January 19th of 2008. 1 Pleshette began her acting career in the theatre and was first seen in films towards the end of the 1950s. She then was featured in films of note like Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963), and Spirited Away (2001). Then, she appeared in several television productions and was often an actor in guest roles. She played Emily Hartley in The Bob Newhart Show, 1972-1978, where she received several Emmy Award nominations. Pleshette is the daughter of Geraldine (nee Kaplan),[1] and Eugene Pleshette, was born January 31, 1937 in Brooklyn Heights. The parents of the couple were Jewish immigrants from Russia and Austria-Hungary. Her mother was a dancer, artist and choreographer who performed under the stage name Geraldine Rivers. Her father was stage manager of the Paramount Theater in Manhattan and of the Paramount Theater in Brooklyn,
